License Grant

WebOptimizationPoint grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the WebOptimizationPoint software on any computer that you own or control. The license is for personal or commercial use, depending on the version purchased.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the software
• Use the software for any illegal purpose

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by WebOptimizationPoint and its licensors. The software is licensed, not sold, to you.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebOptimizationPoint be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from the use of or inability to use the software.
